Every incoming lot is entered into the raw material inward register for traceability.

Lot & Batch Numbering

A lot or batch number is assigned to each incoming raw material consignment.

Physical Quality Check

Initial inspection checks moisture, mould, foreign matter, and non-conforming material.

Equipment Readiness

Cleaning equipment is checked before operation and cleaned after each batch.

Batch-Wise Cleaning & Grading

Cleaning and grading are carried out batch-wise to remove foreign matter and damaged kernels.

Records Maintained

Cleaning, grading, input, and output quantity records are maintained for each batch.

Processing by Batch ID

Processing is carried out as per defined batch ID with identification maintained throughout.

Non-Conforming Output

Non-conforming output is identified, segregated, and handled separately.
